Looks like Fergie has had an osteotomy - a fracture made in nasal bones to reduce the width of the nose. It’s a very routine procedure done during almost every rhinoplasty. Either from inside the nose or through tiny skin incisions at the sides of the nose, nasal bones are cut and moved inward. Under general anesthesia it’s not painful and what a result! Unbelievable! It seems that perfect Salma Hayek has had rhinoplasty as all the other celebrities on the list. On the first picture her nose looks much wider than now. Was her once bulbous nose narrowed or it’s just a play of light? Obviously, she had some plastic surgery on her nose, and, by the way, her plastic surgeon did a great job (great nose job, of course)
