Looks like Fergie has had an osteotomy - a fracture made in nasal bones to reduce the width of the nose. It’s a very routine procedure done during almost every rhinoplasty. Either from inside the nose or through tiny skin incisions at the sides of the nose, nasal bones are cut and moved inward. Under general anesthesia it’s not painful and what a result!
